Your practice does not always have to be of long duration. A short and focused practice can still have a powerful effect when it accumulates day after day. Create a thread of consistent practice in your life.
If not having enough time or being overwhelmed by being too busy with work and/or family to get to class is preventing you from doing as much yoga as you would like to, or you are wanting something to keep you going between full length classes, this course shows the power of short practice times when done consistently. Join me twice a week for 4 weeks working through different groups of asanas each week. Recordings mean you can make every class no matter what comes up in your day to day life.
8 x short and focused sessions
Live zoom sessions every Tuesday (for 35 minutes) and Thursday (for 45 minutes) from 3 August to 26 August. Recordings available after each session - valid for a month.
