A free mini workshop, eg. each week there will be a different focus, such as - shoulder and hip openings; fundamentals; and many other aspects of yoga practice. The length of time will vary depending on the subject. Roughly 1.5hrs
Saturdays at 9h00 To 11h00 GMT +2 ;
A guided practice. You must have an existing yoga practice and understand how to manage any injuries or conditions that you have without injuring yourself further. There will be minimal guidance. Mostly we are connecting into each other’s energy to help us to show up on our mats and do a better practice than would be likely if we were to practice on our own.
While these classes are offered to anyone who wants to follow them at no cost, should you feel you would like to make a contribution, it will be gratefully accepted. How much you contribute is entirely up to you.
